About

I work at the intersection of customer growth, technical problem-solving, and execution.

Today, I’m a Project Lead on the WooCommerce Growth Team at Automattic, where I focus on how we support growing merchants in a way that is actually useful. That usually means taking messy, real-world problems and turning them into something clear, actionable, and solvable.

A lot of my work sits in the space between support, product, and growth.

On one side, I work directly with merchants. These are often growing businesses dealing with complex setups, migrations, performance issues, or growing.

On the other side, I work internally to make that process better. This includes shaping projects, improving how we approach support, and building tools or workflows that allow us to operate at scale.

In practice, that looks like:

  • Leading and coordinating Growth Team projects
  • Identifying where merchants get stuck and why
  • Turning customer conversations into actionable insights
  • Building small tools and experiments that improve how we work

Everything ties back to one question:

Are we actually helping the customer move forward?

Background

Before joining Automattic, I worked across development, freelancing, and WordPress-focused roles. That background still shapes how I approach problems today, technically grounded, but always tied to real-world use.

I’m based in North Macedonia and work with teams and merchants globally.

Final note

This is not a portfolio. It’s a place to think in public, document what works, and refine how I approach the work.

If something here helps you move forward, then it’s doing its job.

Say hi!

If this is useful to you, we’ll probably get along.
